How to make Turmeric Paste
Ingredients: 4 tablespoons turmeric powder, a teaspoon of fresh black pepper, a tablespoon of coconut oil, 1 pint of water, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, teaspoon of stevia.
Method: Heat your water in a saucepan over a medium heat and add the turmeric. As you stir it you will see as it heats up it will get thicker. You can add water or turmeric to make sure the end result is a thick paste. Add the fresh black pepper, coconut oil, cinnamon and stevia and stir in. Check the consistency and voila! Remember any superfood is only super if the rest of your diet supports it most of the time. And its only super if you actually enjoy it! Our health is dependent on what we enjoy, what we can digest and what we can assimilate it. So do it coz you love it…your body will be much more receptive that way.
Enjoy your food, enjoy who you share it with and help each other to be well.
We are not supposed to do this alone.
With love till next time
